As the Director of Engaging the Heart Ministries, Joe serves as an advisor and teacher, assisting churches internationally in the area of programming, team building, leadership, music and worship leading. Joe recently joined the staff of Bay Pointe Community Church in Traverse City, Michigan, as the Director of Worship and Creative Arts.  Joe Horness served on the staff of Willow Creek Community Church since 1981 in the role of Worship Leader.
